Same centre. Two kinds of day.

A tuition centre has people to support and learning to keep moving. Administration shouldn’t take all of the attention. Switch between the two days to see where our thinking begins.

  1. Challenge 01

    Information in too many places.

Disconnected administrative records can make a clear picture of centre operations harder to maintain.

    The aim

One more organised place for administrative records.

  2. Challenge 02

The same tasks. Again and again.

Repetitive manual processes take attention away from the work that needs a human touch.

    The aim

Less repetition, so attention goes back to people.

  3. Challenge 03

A busy day. A lot to coordinate.

Keeping everyday administrative activities aligned can take more time than it should.

    The aim

Everyday activities kept in step, in one view.
